QBE Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance - Extensions over 60 days duration
If you are a regular traveller, whether it's overseas or within Australia, the Annual Multi Trip policy offers cover for you and your partner, with accompanying children under 25 years, for travel up to 60 days maxuimum per trip with extensions available. The Annual Multi Trip policy now offers cover whilst travelling independently of any other named adult on your policy
The QBE Annual Multi Trip Travel Plan covers two regions
Region A ... 'Worldwide INCLUDING the USA, South & Central America or Antarctica
Region B ...'Worldwide EXCLUDING the USA, South & Central America or Antarctica
with two excess options either $NIL or $200 per claim.
Extensions:
Trip extensions are available provided the current policy hasn't expired. Trip extensions may not be available if there is a claim made or pending, your suffer from an existing medical condition or you have seen a medical or dental practitioner. Extensions may be subject to service fees.
You can extend your Annual Multi Trip Travel Plan by applying for an International or Australia Travel Plan to cover the period of the trip that exceeds the maximum duration of 60 days.

If you intend to participate in any snow sports while you are away, then you need to purchase the snow sports option in order to have cover for those activities. Note* within Australia and New Zealand is free of charge.
PER POLICY - Any High Risk or Existing Medical Condition (other than those conditions on the automatic approval list) must be disclosed and approved by QBE prior to the issue of the Certificate of Insurance.

Snow Sports Cover
You are not automatically covered for snow sports unless you are travelling to New Zealand. Cover can be purchased for an additional amount. If you are travelling to New Zealand cover will be provided under the Snow Sport Cover free of charge. Please read the PDS as conditions apply

If you are renting a car, campervan, motorcycle or boat you may have to pay an insurance excess for an accident or theft. QBE have included cover for rental vehicle insurance excess hovever you may with to increase this cover for an additional amount.

Specified Item Cover
You can cover items worth more than the item limits for the selected travel plan on payment of an additional amount. Items separately insured under Specified Item Cover are covered up to the amount specified, even if this amount exceeds the total luggage limit set out in the Schedule of Benefits.
You must insure the total value per item. Form available. Please ensure you have proof of value (not more than 12 months old) of any item you specify. This will be required should you make a claim. Depreciation does not apply to specified items in the event of a claim. Specified Item Cover is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed under Section F1 ''Luggage and Personal Effects' in the Policy Wording.

Qantas Frequent Flyer Points
One Qantas Frequent Flyer point can be earned for every two dollars spent on the Annual Multi Trip Travel Plan. You will be eligible for these points upon departure. Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 6 weeks of departure.
MATTERS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Cooling off Period ... If, having purchased a QBE policy, you want to return it, you can do so within 21 days of receiving the Certificate of Insurance and obtain a full refund, provided no claim has been made and your trip has not commenced. The Cooling Off Period does not apply to policy or trip extensions. (Please read the PDS as conditions apply).
