Internet Reservations relies upon interaction of various computer systems, global communications networks and is technically complex. Accordingly, GETRAVEL INSURANCE does not represent nor warrants use of Internet Reservations will result in a confirmed Booking until it has been confirmed in the final screen of the reservation process that the Booking has been accepted and confirmed. Further, GETRAVEL INSURANCE neither warrants nor represents the accuracy or completeness of the data used in Internet Reservations nor does GETRAVEL INSURANCE warrant or represent that your access to Internet Reservations will be uninterrupted, error free or free from virus or other harmful effects.
In using Internet Reservations and the Internet the User assumes the total risk and responsibility with regard to the submission of any personal or business information. e. The performance or non-performance by GETRAVEL INSURANCE or its contractors or suppliers or the failure of any function or service associated with Internet Reservations, in whole or in part; or
f. Any unauthorised access or breach of security into Internet Reservations; or
g. Any booking or reservation made through Internet Reservations that, for any reason, has not registered or is delayed or is incorrect in any respect.
GETRAVEL INSURANCE and its licensors retain all rights (including, but not limited to copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information or material available through Internet Reservations and material contained on the Site. The download or otherwise export or re-export of any software or underlying information or material available through Internet Reservations or the use, copying, modification, transmission, storage, publishing or distribution of material on the Site, or creation any other material on the Site, is prohibited except in the course of the normal use of the Site and Internet Reservations or with the prior written permission of GETRAVEL INSURANCE and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
